📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive festival concepts, including themes, activities, and promotional strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including local governments, community leaders, and sponsors, to secure resources and support.
• Manage the entire festival lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis.
• Leverage marketing and promotional tools, such as social media, email campaigns, and traditional media, to build excitement and attendance.
• Monitor and evaluate festival performance using key metrics and data analytics.
• Foster strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term success and sustainability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in festival development and event management.
• Represent Babel Festivals & Events at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in festival development, event management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements for event planning in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
