🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing energy projects.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and mineral resource optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
• Certification in sustainability or energy management is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in diverse environments.
