📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead and supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial information and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including bank reconciliations and audit trails.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
