📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage material procurement processes, including supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.
• Implement and monitor inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to forecast material requirements and plan production schedules.
• Monitor and analyze material costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on material control processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Material Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material control or procurement in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Material Management (CMM) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
