📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage client portfolios, including new client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Develop and implement client satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service strategies.
• Represent FAZILGROUP at client events and networking opportunities.
• Monitor client contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Provide regular reports on client interactions and service performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer relations, client services, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of client satisfaction metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
