📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and manage maintenance tasks.
• Implement and maintain efficient maintenance systems using tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to maintenance protocols.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff to uphold high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and front office teams to address guest concerns and maintain a pristine environment.
• Monitor and report on maintenance costs and efficiency metrics to support budgeting and planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of maintenance best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or engineering role within the hospitality or maintenance industry.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
