As an Etsy Seller Specialist, you’ll work closely with our team of artisans and designers to curate and list high-quality products. You’ll use tools like Etsy’s Seller Manager and Google Analytics to track performance, analyze customer behavior, and implement data-driven strategies to boost our online presence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize Etsy listings to improve visibility and sales using keywords, tags, and high-quality images
• Manage inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with artisans and designers to showcase their products effectively
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage customer service issues promptly
• Stay updated with Etsy’s policies and best practices to maintain a compliant and successful store
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our e-commerce efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Etsy Seller Specialist or similar role in e-commerce
• Strong understanding of Etsy’s platform, including Seller Manager, Etsy Ads, and Etsy SEO
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools
• Creative eye for product photography and visual merchandising
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and craftsmanship is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
