📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of the billiard business.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the billiard industry.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in business operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and operations management, preferably in the F&B or leisure industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling businesses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
