📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing operations.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on innovation and technology.
• Proven track record of leading successful innovation projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainable mining practices and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MineSight, and Surpac.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar methodology is a plus.
