As a Facility Data Center Technician, you will work closely with our IT team to monitor and maintain our data center infrastructure. You will be responsible for tasks such as power management, cooling systems, security, and network operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain data center power systems, including UPS, generators, and PDUs.
Ensure the proper functioning of cooling systems, including HVAC and chilled water systems.
Implement and maintain security measures for the data center, including access control and surveillance.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of data center equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with data center systems.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure.
Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 availability and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations and maintenance.
Certification in data center operations (e.g., CompTIA Data+, Uptime Institute Associate, or similar).
Familiarity with data center power systems, cooling systems, and network infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
