📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Conduct document reviews and provide feedback to improve content quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong writing and communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
