🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) roles, with a focus on B2B and collections.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in managing AR and collections, with a track record of improving cash flow and revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
