The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the CPO in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the CPO in managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate HR-related activities, such as training programs and employee surveys.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in the preparation and delivery of HR presentations and reports.,Provide administrative support to the CPO, including scheduling and travel arrangements.,Facilitate communication between the CPO and other departments as needed.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, with at least 1 year in an Assistant to the CPO role.,Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.,Strong understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
