📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.,Promote products and services to customers and encourage them to make purchases.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.,Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Monitor inventory levels and alert management when restocking is needed.,Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in sales or customer service are a plus.
