Rejeki Bimo Bakso is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our popular bakso restaurant in Makassar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
