Salon Elsa Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. As our Personalia Staff, you will be responsible for managing our employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in the heart of Sanur, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing employee records, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.,Processing payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and bonuses.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handling employee benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and leave management.,Assisting with employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance reviews.,Generating and maintaining reports on employee data and payroll.,Assisting with the preparation of tax and social security reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll software is a plus.
