📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
  • Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and attract new customers.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
