📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality beauty services using a range of luxury skincare and wellness products.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry through continuous training and education.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage inventory and ensure all beauty products are well-stocked and presented professionally.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty salon.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty or skincare industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of luxury beauty products and brands, with the ability to recommend the best solutions for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and consult with a diverse range of clients.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Certifications in beauty therapy, skincare, or related fields are a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
