Oversee and manage a section of operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company-wide initiatives.,Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-food environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in leadership and management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
