📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
  • Ensure patient safety by verifying prescriptions and providing appropriate advice.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for regulatory compliance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.
  • Valid pharmacy license and certification.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
