Store Bright Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Driver SIM B to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising our fleet of vehicles, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of driving regulations and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.,Maintain and service vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition for safe operation.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company budget guidelines.,Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to transportation.,Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions for drivers to ensure compliance with regulations.,Report any incidents or accidents involving company vehicles to the appropriate authorities and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Valid SIM B license and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a driver.,Experience in managing and supervising a team of drivers.,Strong understanding of driving regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Clean driving record and no history of accidents or violations.
