In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit project plans, specifications, and reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.,Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.,Professional certification in civil engineering (e.g., PE, M.Eng, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
