Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services,Lead a team of backend developers and provide technical guidance,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions,Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of our backend systems,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback,Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends and technologies,Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing,Work with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field,5+ years of experience in backend development,Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, etc.,Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.,Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Excellent communication and leadership skills
