Resto Kirana Health Center is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets all health and safety standards.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring the store is operating within financial guidelines.,Promote the store's products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the store is aligned with company goals and initiatives.,Participate in store meetings and events, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in a food service or retail environment.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with POS systems and other store management software is a plus.
