📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Report to senior management on outlet performance and provide actionable insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving outlet performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
