📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and safe vehicle usage.
• Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.
• Manage vehicle insurance and registration.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records.
• Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary.
• Provide training and support to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
