📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations,Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion,Conducting regular site inspections and reporting findings,Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers,Ensuring the quality of work and adherence to project specifications,Maintaining accurate records of site activities and expenses,Providing technical support to site staff and resolving issues promptly,Participating in project meetings and contributing to decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field),Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices,Proven experience in project management and site supervision,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project),Valid driver's license and clean driving record
