📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Ensure the branch meets all sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Manage and train staff to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
