• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of plant equipment and facilities.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Procure necessary spare parts, tools, and equipment to support maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
• Leverage data analytics and maintenance management software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar) to track maintenance performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in industrial maintenance.
• Certification in maintenance management (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and improving maintenance efficiency.
