Admin Staff - Urgent

Apotek Maya Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Admin Staff to join our team. This is an urgent position, and we need someone who is reliable and can start immediately. As an Admin Staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service.

This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who is available to work Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the pharmacy's daily operations, including inventory, ordering, and restocking.
• Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases, and processing payments.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Preparing and delivering orders to customers, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Assisting with the preparation of food and beverages, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assisting with the management of the pharmacy's social media accounts and website.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and records, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assisting with the management of the pharmacy's staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmacy or retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
